3.What this service is
WhatsApp Instant Company Report is a service that returns a due-diligence brief over WhatsApp — directors, accounts, charges, risk flags and a plain-English summary — for any UK company name or number you send us. It is provided over the official WhatsApp Business Platform — you do not need a new app or number, and neither do your own customers where the service involves them.
Reports use public Companies House data for information only — not legal, credit or compliance advice. Confirm against official sources before any decision.
4.Who this service is for
This is a business-to-business service, intended for use by businesses and the adults who represent them. By messaging us, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and, where you are enquiring on behalf of a business, that you are authorised to do so.
5.Early access and human-checked replies
This product is in early access. Messaging the WhatsApp button on this site opens a real conversation with the Pharoah Technology team. Replies may be drafted quickly, but during early access every reply is checked by a person before it is sent — we do not let an unreviewed, fully-automated system talk to you. If something cannot be answered, it is handed to a person rather than guessed at.
6.Pricing and subscription
Current pricing is shown on the pricing card on this page. Subscriptions are billed on the interval stated there, can be cancelled at any time, and carry no fixed contract term and no setup fee, as stated on that pricing card. We may change our prices for future billing periods; we will tell existing subscribers before any change takes effect for them.
7.How payment actually works here
There is no checkout on this website. Messaging us on WhatsApp starts a conversation, not a binding purchase. If you decide to subscribe, payment is arranged directly with our team as part of that conversation, not through an automated flow on this site.
8.Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel at any time — there is no fixed contract. Because there is no automated checkout or billing flow on this website, we do not operate an automated cancellation or refund process here. If you have subscribed and have a billing, cancellation or refund question, contact us at info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk and we will deal with it directly with you.
9.Acceptable use
Please do not use this site or the WhatsApp channel to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We can decline to respond to, or can end a conversation or subscription with, anyone who misuses the service.

The content, design and branding of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, other than for your own personal reference in using the service.
WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. This is an independent product built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform and is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp beyond that platform relationship.
12.Liability
We provide this service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. If you are contracting with us as a consumer rather than a business, your statutory rights are not affected.
13.Termination
You may stop using the service, or cancel a subscription, at any time by telling us — there is no fixed contract. We may suspend or end access to the service if these terms are breached, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will let subscribers know.
14.Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
